Once your account is opened and funded, you might have some questions about where and how to retrieve your activity statements or trade confirmations. You might also want to know how to generate a report that shows you certain key statistics about your account over time, such as your net asset value or asset class allocations. You may even be wondering, for example, how you might upgrade or convert your account, or transfer funds from another broker. In this lesson, we’ll cover some of the critical tools and resources you can use to answer all these questions and more.
Portal Login & Landing Page
Let’s first visit the Portal’s homepage, which you can do by simply logging-in from our website.
Notice that from the homepage you can see your net liquidity, as well as the value and performance of your portfolio. You can also deposit and withdraw funds, and scan your dashboard for the widgets you may have added – such as market news, watchlist items, upcoming economic events, and more. You can also get a more detailed view of your balances by clicking on ‘More’.
Statements
Among many other features, you can use this platform to generate daily and monthly activity statements, which you can set to have automatically delivered to you, including by e-mail. You can also run a host of different default statements, including not only activity, but also mark-to-market summaries, and trade confirmations, among others, which you can choose to view or download. Moreover, these statements are not just limited to the default selections. Indeed, clients can also create custom statements, with a multitude of sections, configurations, and delivery options to choose from. You can also tailor your statement to reflect a specific period, date – or date range, as well as desired language, as listed, and as needed.
PortfolioAnalyst
If you click on PortfolioAnalyst from the Portal’s Performance and Reports menu, you’ll find our extensive analytical tool that is designed to consolidate, track, and analyze the entire picture of your financial performance – including benchmarks, risk metrics, and other powerful, on-the-go analytics.
With PortfolioAnalyst, you can create reports that evaluate portfolio performance, compare to selected industry benchmarks, as well as select from a wide range of reporting capabilities, including key statistics that illustrate your net asset value or asset class allocations over time, along with a long list of other, customizable characteristics, such as concentration, or ESG Ratings.
You can also easily access PortfolioAnalyst from our website by clicking the selection under the Services menu.
