illio – Insight Dashboard

The Illio Insight Dashboard summarizes important data about the stock in one screen. To bring up the Insight Dashboard the investor can click on a company widget or type in the name of a company in the search bar and select it.  The Insight Dashboard is broken down into eight sections:

• Performance,
• Technicals,
• Trading Range,
• Forecast,
• Risk,
• Risk-return
• Sensitivity, and
• Volatility

Each section has pertinent information for the stock and a positive, neutral, or negative indicator. The data provided is from the prior day market close. Starting at the top is the Performance section showing the stock's performance compared to the market, its sector and the total return for the stock market and the sector. Click the blue “See Details” button to see a chart showing the relative performance of the underlying compared to the market. Hover over any point in the chart to see details for a specific day.  Click back to return to the Insight Dashboard.

The next section is the Technicals area which shows how the underlying compares to its 50- and 200-day simple moving averages, its current RS and chances the stock price has risen one week, one month, and three months later. Click on the blue “See Details” button to see a bar chart on the Current RSI Win. Hover the mouse over any bar to see more details. Click on back to return to the Dashboard

The Trading Range section tells the investor how far away the stock is from its one year high. Clicking on the blue “See Details” button to see a bar chart showing the number of up and down days of the Market and the individual stock, hover the mouse over the bar to see details and click back to return to the Dashboard.

Continuing downward is the Stock Forecast where the investor can see the consensus target price and the analyst rating compared to last quarter.

In the Risk section the investor can see how the stock’s price swings compare to its sector, click the Blue “See Details” button to see a bar chart with the distribution of daily returns. Hover the mouse over any of the bars to see more details. When ready click the back button to return to the dashboard. The second part of the Risk section compares the stocks one year volatility to its sector, click the blue “See Details” button to see a chart on the price vs the 100 day volatility, hover over any line to see more details for  a specific day, when ready click back to return to the dashboard.

The Risk-Return compares the individual stock’s risk-return to the overall market's risk return.  Click the blue “See Details” button to see a graph comparing the two and further statistics. Click “back to return to the Dashboard.

The Sensitivity section shows the stocks sensitivity to the overall market showing the odds that the stock moves in the same direction as well as the sector. It also shows the percentage that the stock moves for a positive 10% change in the market and a negative 10% change in the market. Click the blue “See Details”  button to see a graphic for a 10% up and down-market move. Click back to return to the dashboard.

The final section is the Volatility section comparing the 100-day to the 260-day volatility and showing if the 100-day and 260-day volatility has increased or decreased. Click the blue “See Details” button for a chart comparing the 100-day volatility to the 260-day volatility. Click “back to return to the Dashboard.

The information conveniently available on the Insight Dashboard at a click of a mouse would require the investor to spend countless hours gathering data, comparing time periods, and studying charts. The Interactive Brokers Discover Tool provides free access to the illio information for investors.
