Lesson 1 of 8
The Accounts – Portfolios page provides advisors with a real-time view of client account portfolios. Advisors can access the page by expanding the Menu in the upper left by selecting Accounts – Portfolios. To the upper left of the page are two pill icons, which are used to select accounts or models to be displayed. To make a selection, click on the icon and the account selector will be displayed. The advisor chooses between Accounts or Allocation Groups and checks off the accounts they wish to view. Once complete, select Save and the account selector will automatically close. The Models icon allows the advisor to select a specific model they wish to view, all models, or the independent side.
The Accounts-Portfolios page consists of four tabs:
The Accounts tab contains a dropdown menu which allows the advisor to view accounts by Net Liquidation Value, Unrealized Loss, or Unrealized Profit. The account list view below lists all accounts along with Cost Basis, NLV, P&L, and more. Selecting the three dots icon allows the advisor to create a buy or sell order for the selected account.

The Positions Across Accounts tab allows advisors to view accounts or a group of accounts based on Sector, Asset Class, Financial Instrument, Region, and Country. Below the pie chart, advisors can also view a table of Positions Totaled for All Accounts/Groups. Select the Allocate button next to any position to launch a block allocation order ticket.

The Positions by Account tab lists out every position by account or group of accounts.
To the upper right of Accounts, Positions Across Accounts, and Positions by Account tabs are dropdown menus for Master Account Currency and Navigate to. The Master Account Currency dropdown allows advisors to choose to view account and position data in Native Client Account Currency or Master Account Currency. The Navigate to dropdown provides options for Rebalance, Order and Allocate, or Create Model, which brings the advisor to the respective pages.

The Models tab lists out each model by account invested into that particular model. Select the Create Model button in the upper right of the page to create a new model. We will cover creating and trading models in a later lesson.
