As Federal Reserve Chairman Jay Powell's key speech at Jackson Hole nears, the conversation grows: Will the September FOMC meeting see a 25 or 50 basis point rate cut? Jim Iuorio from TJM Institutional Services notes, “While inflation remains above the Fed's 2% target, the jobs data suggests lower rates are coming. But how fast is the question?”
