Tokenized Stocks

Trading Term

Tokenized stocks are blockchain-based representations of equity interests, most often publicly traded equities. Each token mirrors the economic exposure—price performance and sometimes dividends—of the referenced security. Depending on structure, they may be backed 1:1 by custodial shares or synthetically replicated. For investors, tokenized stocks enable fractional ownership, 24/7 trading, and integration into decentralized finance infrastructure.
