10-K

Trading Term

A 10-K is a comprehensive, annual report that publicly traded companies in the United States must file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Unlike a glossy shareholder report, the 10-K provides a detailed, formal, and standardized overview of a company’s financial performance, operations, risks, and management discussions, and is intended primarily for investors, analysts, and regulators.
