In my previous article, I introduced Projection, the new feature inside the Forecaster Terminal, which uses artificial intelligence to match current market conditions against historical patterns and outline probabilistic paths forward. At that time, we examined the S&P 500 index over a three-month horizon, highlighting how this tool can help investors think in terms of scenarios rather than deterministic forecasts.
This month, thanks to the Quantum Screener inside the Forecaster Terminal, we identified three instruments showing particularly interesting setups: Crude Oil, GBP/NZD, and the S&P 500 Information Technology sector. Let’s look at what the Projection tool is signaling for each.
The Projection for Crude Oil suggests a strong bullish scenario, supported by maximum robustness (5/5 stars) and a 100% probability score. The most correlated event comes from May 2006, which produced a +4.42% gain with limited drawdown (-0.20%).
Historical analogues reinforce the view that crude oil has room for upside in the coming weeks, with past bullish episodes (such as 2011 and 2017) posting double-digit rallies. While no outcome is guaranteed, the balance of probabilities currently favors renewed strength in the energy space.

The GBP/NZD currency pair also shows a strong bullish projection, again with a 100% probability and maximum robustness score. The most correlated case comes from early 2018, when the pair delivered a +1.32% return and a modest maximum rise of +2.73%.
While historical analogues suggest more limited upside than in the crude oil case, the scenario points to a potential recovery path after recent softness, with risk contained by relatively small drawdowns in past episodes.

Tech remains at the center of global market momentum. The S&P 500 Information Technology sector projection leans bullish, with an 86% probability and 5/5 robustness. The most correlated analogue dates back to September 2013, which ended with a +1.87% gain and relatively controlled drawdowns.
Notably, several of the bullish historical cases surfaced by the tool (including 2023 and 2019) posted robust gains in a matter of weeks, underscoring how technology has consistently been a leader during bullish phases.

These three examples illustrate how Projection can highlight potential opportunities across asset classes—commodities, currencies, and equities—by connecting today’s setups with past market dynamics.
The process begins with the Quantum Screener, which scans thousands of instruments to identify those currently aligned with historically significant patterns. Projection then provides probabilistic forward scenarios, allowing investors to visualize multiple possible paths instead of relying on a single price target.
This probabilistic mindset helps traders and investors evaluate both upside potential and downside risks more transparently, supporting more disciplined decision-making.
Artificial intelligence is reshaping how we analyze markets, and tools like Forecaster’s Projection provide valuable scenario-mapping capabilities. The current signals point to potential bullish momentum in Crude Oil, GBP/NZD, and the S&P 500 Technology sector, though—as always—these outcomes are probabilistic, not guaranteed.
