Benjamin Graham was an influential value investor who changed the way the world looks at investing. His investment strategies are still used today and have been the foundation of many successful investors, including Warren Buffett.

Explore a stock’s intrinsic value, which is a measure of what a stock is worth, independent of its current market price. It represents the perceived, although subjective, true value of the stock based on an analysis of its financial data, prospects, and other factors that can influence its price.

This lesson will explore a company’s 10-K and 10-Q report. These are an report filings which provides a comprehensive overview of a company's financial performance, business operations, risk factors, and audited financial statements.

In Economic moats refer to the competitive advantages that allow a company to maintain its market position and fend off competitors. These advantages create barriers to entry, making it challenging for other companies to replicate the company's success.

By investing in companies with a significant margin of safety, investors aim to minimize the risk of capital loss and increase the likelihood of achieving a favorable return on their investment.
