Net Debt to Free Cash Flow

Trading Term

Net debt to free cash flow measures interest-bearing debt, after subtracting eligible cash, relative to annual free cash flow. It provides a cash-based perspective on financial leverage and repayment capacity.

A lower ratio may indicate greater flexibility to reduce debt, invest, or return capital to shareholders. The ratio may be less informative when free cash flow is unusually volatile, temporarily elevated, or negative.
