Arbitrage – Prediction markets

Trading Term

Arbitrage in prediction markets involves exploiting price discrepancies between contracts or across different markets to earn a risk-free profit. For example, if a contract on one platform is priced at $0.60 and the same contract elsewhere is $0.65, a trader could buy low and sell high. Arbitrage activity helps correct mispricings and enhances market efficiency.
