MRP identifies actionnable investment ideas by applying the "Change-Driven Thematic Investing" methodology developed by Joe McAlinden to capture alpha opportunities that arise from disruptions to the status quo, i.e. CHANGE. On a daily basis, MRP scans hundreds of data and news sources looking for disruptive events that are unfolding around the world and compiles the most investment-relevant information into a Daily Intelligence Briefing report.

Each daily report also contains:

  • Thematic notes with trade ideas and macro viewpoints on different sectors and industry groups.
  • Data monitors featuring high frequency charts on the major markets, asset classes, and economic indicators.
  • A running list of active investment themes and recently retired themes.

MRP's research product was developed by Joe McAlinden who draws upon five decades of market experience, including his past roles as CIO of Morgan Stanley Investment Management and President of Argus Research, to identify alpha opportunities early in their unfolding.
