PDF Changes for Activity Statements and Tax Forms

When you generate PDF-formatted Activity Statements and launch PDF-formatted tax forms, the PDF file will now automatically display using Acrobat Reader. You can download and save these PDFs using from within the displayed PDF file using Acrobat Reader's Save function. Previously, you were prompted to download and save upon launching these PDFs.

Concatenated Financial Advisor Client Quarterly Summaries

Financial Advisor clients with multiple accounts who receive Client Quarterly Summaries will now receive a single, concatenated Quarterly Summary for all of their accounts, instead of a separate Quarterly Summary for each account. This applies to IB-UKL FA clients and FA clients who are assigned to multiple Money Managers.

PortfolioAnalyst - Time Period Enhancements

PortfolioAnalyst has added the following features to the Time Period field in report setup:

IB Reporting Integration Tool (IBRIT) Update

The IB Reporting Integration Tool (IBRIT) now includes an account configuration option to summarize trade data. You can choose to summarize trade data by symbol - for each symbol, there will be one record for buys and one record for sells, if applicable. Previously, only excecution-level details available. Execution-level details are now the default option.

Activity Flex Query Enhancements

In Activity Flex Queries, we now provide an option in the Cash Report and Net Asset Value (NAV) sections to exclude details from those sections. Details include the component values that make up the totals. If you do not select this option, those details will appear in those sections of your Flex Query.

ASX Interest Rate Futures Trade and Position Calculations

In Activity Statements (HTML and PDF format) and Activity Flex Queries, we calculate the notional value of trade and position for ASX Interest Rate Futures based on the ASX formula. Due to the complexity of pricing, we will not display the cost price in the Long Positions and Short Positions sections, but we will still display the cost basis.
