Beginning with this release, new SIPP accounts and new Money Manager accounts will now access Account Management Version 2.0.

Beginning with this release, the Client Accounts page now contains three tabs to make it easier for institutional account master users to view large numbers of client or sub accounts. The three tabs are: Open Accounts, Pending Accounts and Closed Accounts.
The Client Accounts page lets Advisor, Broker, Fund Investment Managers and Proprietary Trading Group Master Users view client account lists, view the status of pending client applications, continue a semi-electronic client application, delete an application for a pending client account, view a list of closed client accounts, and Advisors and Fund Investment Managers can download client information to an Excel spreadsheet.

Beginning with this release, new Non-Disclosed Broker, Omnibus Broker and Allocation Fund accounts will now access Account Management Version 2.0.
Note that existing Non-Disclosed Broker, Omnibus Broker and Allocation Fund accounts continue to use our Legacy Account Management system (menu panel located on the left side of the screen).

Beginning with this release, Compliance Officers can now search all employee accounts for accounts that have activity volume over a specified value and view a report of the results. Activity includes trades, dividends and transfers but does not include cash-related activities such as interest or deposits. Results can be viewed as a web page or saved as a PDF file.
To access this new function, log into EmployeeTrack Management, then click Reports > Compliance > Search by Volume.

Beginning with this release, we have introduced the following usability enhancements to EmployeeTrack Management Version 2.0, which is accessible only to IB EmployeeTrack accounts.
Non-Prototype Pension Plan Accounts, subaccounts holding assets for qualified Pension Plans that Professional Advisors can add as client accounts, have been renamed. These accounts are now called Pension Plan Trust Accounts.
To add a Pension Plan Trust Account, a Professional Advisor sends an invitation for a fully electronic account application from within Account Management.

Beginning with this release, eligibility for account linking functions in Account Management (both Legacy and Version 2.0) have been expanded. This expanded eligibility applies to these account linking functions:

A new tabbed page, Positions, is now available from the Home page in Account Management Version 2.0. The Positions tab displays all of the positions and cash in your account, or in the case of a multiple account structure, in the selected account.
Currently, the Positions tab is only visible to Individual, Joint, Trust, and IRA accounts that are NOT Advisor or Fully Disclosed clients.
