QuantConnect connects using the TWS API in a locally hosted environment by the QuantConnect team. Because of this, Interactive Brokers, nor our clients, will have access to client logs and as a result will have very limited support for the platform.

Note:

As IB Key is the only 2FA method supported by QuantConnect, clients without IB KEY 2FA verification method cannot connect to QuantConnect. Please activate IB KEY for connecting IB to QuantConnect. For details, please visit: https://ibkr.info/node/2895
