Trusted Contact

Use this page to add a trusted contact. A trusted contact is someone who can be reached in the event that we are unable to contact you.

Note: This page is only available for IB LLC and IB UK accounts.

To Add a Trusted Contact

  1. Click Settings > Account Settings.

The Account Settings screen opens. The Configuration panel appears on the right of the screen.

  1. Click the gear (configure) icon next to Trusted Contact.
  2. The Trusted Contact information appears on a series of screens. Click the + icon to add a new trusted contact.
  3. Select the contact relationship from the drop down menu, then click Continue. Then, complete the profile information on the following screen and click Continue again.
  4. Review your information and click Continue to confirm.
