It soared to 86.3k to start the week, after falling below 75k last Wednesday subsequent to the Clarity Act failing to clear a key procedural barrier in the Senate a few days ago. But the CFTC and SEC responded by supporting digital asset adoption via the advancement of rules deemed essential for the industry\u2019s legal framework. The actions supported a fierce rebound in the space, as investors realized that they may not need bipartisan cooperation in Congress to further legitimatize the modern financial instruments. As a result, bullish shifts have materialized in the Interactive Brokers Prediction Markets, with the odds of BTC reaching a price of over 110k, 120k, 130k and 140k in 2026 currently at 22%, 16%, 10%
