Tomorrow\u2019s eurozone inflation release is expected to come in around 2.5%, according to the Interactive Brokers prediction market, but there\u2019s a divergence of opinions considering that the monthly Reuters poll of 42 forecasters carries a median estimate of 2.6% amidst minimum and maximum values of 2.4% and 3.1%. In light of the separate projections, there\u2019s a decent chance that the \u201cYes\u201d<\/a> at 2.6% is undervalued at just $0.23, as a print of 2.7% or higher would return $1.00 back to the investor. Beneath that level, the \u201cYes\u201d at 2.2% is priced at only $0.93, even as the path to a figure that low is extremely narrow, in my view. Meanwhile, the anticipated result marks a significant climb from the prior month\u2019s 1.9%, underscoring the substantial magnitude of the Middle East conflict’s impact on global price pressures and future interest rate decisions from central bankers. Furthermore, there\u2019s now a 34%<\/a> probability of an April hike from the continent’s monetary policy authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
