Forecasters expect Singapore\u2019s Consumer Price Index (CPI) to come in around 1.1% year over year (y\/y) this Monday, assigning 84%<\/a> odds of a number exceeding 0.8% and a 76%<\/a> probability that the result won\u2019t arrive ahead of 1.2%. But there could be a potential opportunity for \u201cTeam Yes\u201d at either threshold, as the monthly Reuters poll of nine economists sports an expected median of 1.3% against the backdrop of minimum and maximum values of 1.1% and 1.5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Japan CPI Expected to Grow Around 1.8% Y\/Y <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Japan\u2019s CPI is expected to land at around 112.8, which would mark a 1.8% y\/y climb from February 2025\u2019s index value of 110.8. The odds of a number north of 112.8 are 44%<\/a>, while a figure that fails to exceed it is at 54%. Meanwhile, the \u201cYes\u201d and \u201cNo\u201d at the upper and lower levels are at 20% for the 113.2 statistic while 112.4 is at 25%. For context, this is a projection for a modest month-over-month drop since January\u2019s print came in at 112.9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
