The likelihood of a strike by June 30 has risen to 35%, the highest of all outcomes currently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nearly $700,000 has been wagered on the outcome. The market resolves to \u201cYes\u201d if the U.S. initiates a drone, missile or air strike on Iranian territory, including its embassies and consulates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Polymarket, based on&nbsp;<strong>Polygon&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/POL-USD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(CRYPTO:&nbsp;<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/quote\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">POL<\/a>), has faced criticism in the past for launching betting events that&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/markets\/cryptocurrency\/24\/10\/41110897\/ethereum-creator-vitalik-buterin-bats-for-polymarkets-model-amid-concerns-over-betting-on-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aim to profit from conflicts and wars<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, a disclaimer on the Polymarket\u2019s website reads, \u201cAfter discussing with those directly affected by the attacks, who had dozens of questions, we realized that prediction markets could give them the answers they needed in ways TV news and X could not.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trump\u2019s Warning To Iran<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The spike in odds comes after the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/news\/politics\/26\/01\/49681852\/trump-says-us-oil-giants-will-pump-billions-into-venezuelas-energy-sector-post-regime-change\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">U.S. struck Venezuela during the weekend<\/a>&nbsp;and toppled President&nbsp;<strong>Nicol\u00e1s Maduro\u2019s<\/strong>&nbsp;regime.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earlier this week, President&nbsp;<strong>Donald Trump&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/news\/politics\/25\/12\/49623715\/trump-warns-iran-of-more-strikes-if-it-doesnt-stop-building-nuclear-weapons-we-know-exactly-where-theyre-going-what-theyre-doing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cautioned Iran against rebuilding its nuclear program<\/a>, stating that the U.S. was aware of Iran&#8217;s activities and could launch another major strike on the Middle Eastern nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iran has also been battling with&nbsp;an internal crisis,&nbsp;with shutdowns triggered by escalating protests severely impacting businesses, educational institutions, and government offices.
