But here\u2019s a better question:&nbsp;<em><strong>What\u2019s going to help you make money today?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reading a book&nbsp;<em>probably&nbsp;<\/em>isn\u2019t the answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m not saying books aren\u2019t useful. They absolutely are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But you\u2019re not preparing for a PhD defence \u2013 you\u2019re trying to turn money into more money through trading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that means focusing on solving real problems with the tools and knowledge you have right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes, you\u2019ll hit a wall where you need specific knowledge to solve a problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s when you crack open a book or ask other traders for help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But consuming trading literature before you have any practical use for it? That\u2019s just procrastination dressed up as education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You wouldn\u2019t dive into stochastic calculus or advanced econometrics just for fun, would you? (If you would, we need to have a different conversation\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019re a trader, not an academic researcher.
