Former New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo has been unable to sustain the momentum he built last week on anecdotal evidence signaling that incumbent mayor Eric Adams may ditch his reelection bid to accept a job in the Trump administration. Cuomo leaped above 20% but is now back below that level and hovering at 17% while Mamdani\u2019s chances are nearing 80% again, he\u2019s at 79%. Adams is at 3%, meanwhile. This contest has been especially popular in our prediction market, with approximately 3.4 million open contracts tied to the candidates. Residents of the Big Apple are scheduled to submit their selections on November 4. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
