On the same day, both the S&amp;P 500 and the Nasdaq 100 indices had their worst session since late 2022. this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, he pointed to the health of the consumer, with Amazon\u2019s eCommerce business remaining strong in Q2 despite some weakness in the UK and
