The September 15 \u201923 38 puts traded at $1.03 (delta = 79), the September 15 \u201923 35 puts traded at $0.13 (delta = 9), and the October 20 \u201923 36 puts traded at $0.62 (delta = 29) so this may be a trader coming in and buying all three series versus a spread.
