It is an extension of the <strong>double bottom<\/strong> pattern and signifies that <strong>downward momentum is weakening<\/strong>, as buyers consistently step in to defend a specific price level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Three or More Lows<\/strong>: The price forms <strong>multiple troughs<\/strong> at or near the same level, indicating a strong support zone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Volume Confirmation<\/strong>: Often, volume decreases as the pattern develops and spikes when the price <strong>breaks above resistance<\/strong> (the high point between the bottoms), confirming the reversal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resistance Breakout<\/strong>: A breakout above the horizontal resistance line (drawn across the peaks between the bottoms) is considered a <strong>bullish signal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Multiple bottom patterns are considered <strong>stronger signals<\/strong> than double bottoms due to repeated confirmation of
