The SEC will assign every Large Trader an identification number called the Large Trader ID Number. Large Traders are required to provide their Large Trader ID Number to all brokerages that the trader uses.  IBKR provides a page in our account management Portal called Large Trader Identification where a Large Trader can enter the SEC-assigned Large Trader ID Number.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Any trader who fits the definition of Large Trader according to the SEC must register with the SEC by filing SEC Form 13H.
