Login to Client Portal and click the\u00a0<strong>Help<\/strong>\u00a0followed by\u00a0<strong>Secure Message Center<\/strong>. Select\u00a0<strong>Products<\/strong>\u00a0as the category and\u00a0<strong>Physical Gold Delivery<\/strong>\u00a0as the topic<strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0The request should include the number of ounces and the form of delivery. IBKR will then confirm the cost and fees and, once approved by the client, instruct FideliTrade to deliver. Please note that delivery is only supported to the account holder\u2019s address of record.<\/p>\n<p>Find information on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.interactivebrokers.com\/en\/pricing\/commissions-metals.php?re=amer\">US Spot Gold Physical Delivery Fees<\/a>\u00a0on the IBKR website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>US Spot Gold is only available to legal residents of the United States.
