As part of the IBKR Account service, you have authorized IBKR to automatically transfer funds as necessary to satisfy margin requirements in either account.  The Excess Funds Sweep page in Client Portal lets you configure how you want IBKR to handle the transfer of your excess funds between the two segments of your account.
