Order Price Validity: The KSE has price guidelines for orders on futures and options contracts. These guidelines are intended to minimize system utilization for orders that do not have a reasonable likelihood at being executed because they are far away from the market. The allowed bands for new orders and modifications are:

Futures: 0.2% from market

Options: 2% from market.

IB will accept orders outside the indicated bands. However, if the number of orders violating the guidelines is excessive, IB may apply cancel fees for offending accounts after notification.
