User Information

The User Information page lets you change your name, address and other personal information. There are two Information change pages: the first page lets you change your name, address and telephone number; the second page lets you change your personal information, legal identification and employment information.

Who Can Access the User Information Page?

You can access this page if you are a(n):

• Individual, Joint, Trust or IRA Account User
• Small Business Account User
• Friends and Family Master or Client User
• Advisor Master User Individual
• Advisor Master User Organization
• Advisor Client User Individual
• Advisor Client User Organization
• Proprietary Trading Group Master User
• Proprietary Trading Group Sub User
• Broker Master User
• Broker Fully Disclosed Client User
• Broker Fully Disclosed Client User Organization
• Investment Manager Master User
• Fund

To change your user information

1. Click User Management in the left pane, then click User Information.
2. Change your name, address or phone number as required, then click Continue.
3. Change your personal information, legal identification document information or employment information, then click Continue.
   
   Click Back to go back to the previous page without submitting your information.
4. You personal information is displayed for your verification. If all the information is correct, click Continue to submit your request.
   
   If any information is incorrect, click Back, then correct the information.
