Canceling a Transaction
You can cancel the following transactions on the View Transaction
History page:
- Cash
deposits with a Current Status of Pending
Receipt.
- Cash
withdrawals with a Current Status of Pending.
- Inbound
and outbound position transfers with a Current Status of Pending
Receipt.
- Bank
instructions with a Current Status of Pending
Confirmation.
To cancel a transaction
- Click Funds
Management in the left pane, then click View
Transaction History.
- Click on the tab that contains the
transaction you want to cancel.
- Find the transaction you want to cancel,
then click the red X in
the Action column.
- Click OK
to close the confirmation message that appears.
The status of the transaction
changes to Cancelled.
