Private Placements

The Private Placements page lets accredited investors receive special offers. This page only appears if you have qualified as an accredited investor (filled out the form on the Accredited Investor Qualifications page).

Who Can Access the Private Placements Page?

You can access this page if you are a(n):

• Individual, Joint, Trust or IRA Account User
• Small Business Account User
• Friends and Family Master or Client User
• Advisor Master User Individual (Individual, Joint, IRA)
• Advisor Master User Organization (advisor account only)
• Advisor Client User Individual
• Advisor Client User Organization
• Proprietary Trading Group Master User
• Broker Master User (master account only)
• Broker Fully Disclosed Client User
• Broker Fully Disclosed Client User Organization

To open the Private Placements page

1. Click Account Administration in the left pane, then click Private Placements.

The Private Placements page displays the following notice, followed by a list of current offerings:

ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THIS SITE IS STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
You have access to this section of the website because
you have successfully completed the process to become a Qualified Accredited
Investor. As a Qualified Accredited Investor you may view our Private
Placement Site which describes our current offerings and will steer you
through the mechanics of participating in our private placements entirely
on-line.
